The camp runs weekdays Monday to Friday from 9:30 – 15:45 (this year we have extended the camp by 15 minutes)
Our Camp philosophy is to create an educational experience in a fun holiday environment. We provide opportunities to build fine motor skills, artistic ability and cultivate a healthy life style while having a lot of fun. Our counsellors focus on helping students build self confidence and a capacity for creativity and adventure. The counsellor to student ratio of 1-6 ensures a high level of care. Camp activities will be taught by qualified activity specialists, assisted by camp counsellors.
Students will be offered two options that they maintain Monday to Thursday through each camp week. (Students may switch their options for the 2nd week if they wish) Friday will be a camp outing day. Week 1 includes a visit to Waterpark Trimini and week 2 a visit to Biberwier Austria with its Rodelbahn. On Thursday night each week there is an optional overnight in tents on the MIS campus. They love this!
There will be an additional hike on July 1st and 2nd with an overnight in the Höllentalangerhütte. The hike is open to students and accompanying adults. The cost for supervision, transportation and food is 90 €, for accompanying adults the charge is 50 €. Please sign up for this hike in the special section provided on the registration form.
